Ok, so we all know that Brent can bake, but he has outdone himself this time. This week while we were on Winter Break, he made a strawberry-lime cake. Homemade icing and fresh strawberries make this cake fabulous. A upscale version of strawberry shortcake. This cake would be great to serve at a 4th of July celebration.
Oh, and Brent wanted me to make sure to let everyone know that he is not American League (see rickandbubba.com for definition). Not that there's anything wrong with that. He's just amazing in the kitchen.
