Remembering Brian Schrader..
I learned yesterday that a friend of mine from High School was killed in Iraq. Please keep him, his wife, and his sweet children, as well as all the soldiers in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you Brian for your service!

Ace Reads a Book With Greasy Hair
Ace got some cookies in his hair, so I got them out with a wipe. Didn't work like I thought it would, but he loves that book.

AK is Home Sick
She had a pretty rough night last night. Lots of coughing and a little puking. So I'm (Brent) at home with her today. I thought when I'm sick, I love to eat ice cream. Actually, I love to eat ice cream anytime, but I thought a little ice cream on the couch in front of the TV might help. Hope Jamie doesn't get too mad.

Ace Likes White Lion
You remember the eighties hair band, White Lion? Yeah, I hardly do either, but Ace really likes them. Here is is rocking out to Little Fighter. When it first came on, he went crazy. Of course by the time I got the camera his enthusiasm had fizzled.
AK and Ace at the Park
AK and Ace still feel like crap, but we thought it'd be a good idea if they got some fresh air. Maybe break up the crud a little. The weather was about as good as it gets for Maine in early April. For the folks in Alabama, you'll notice the dirt-speckled snow that covers half the playing area. We envy you guys at this time of year.

AK and Ace at the door
It's finally getting warm enough outside that the kids could get a taste of outside.
