Ace is 6 Months Old Today...

Wow, time is flying by so fast. As I type up this post, my little girl is on Brent's laptop and can already make some things work on it. And Ace is crawling and pulling himself up on everything. Hard to imagine that six months ago, I was trying to wrap my head around having two children under two. Little man has completed our family and we love him so much.

I hope that everyone has a great Thanksgiving like we did. We are so grateful to have such wonderful family and friends. We had a delicious meal at Shawn and Beth's house and enjoyed good times with friends and family. Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend.

Ace's 6 month Check-up

Little man did really well today at the Dr. office. He was all smiles and just let her poke at him. He weighed 19 pounds and 8 ounces, was 26 1/2 inches long and His head was in the 50th percentile. Developmentally, he is way ahead because he is already crawling and pulling himself up. The Dr. predicted that he would be walking around 9 months. Here is a picture of him before the mean nurses came in and gave him his shots. Of course, he hated those. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

This morning, I decided to take the babes out to breakfast and to do our grocery shopping since Dad had to work. They were so well behaved and Ace just loved sitting in the cart with Ansley. Everytime he would grab her, she would say, "Awe, Ace love me." So cute.

Hockey Gloves to Painted Nails in Ten Minutes

Ansley loved putting on my hockey gloves. She also loved Aunt Beth's painted finger nails, so tonight she let me paint hers. She did so good and even sat still to let them dry.

The Pink Tutu..

This morning Ansley woke up telling me, "Pink Tutu". She kept saying this over and over. Brent and I finally came to the conclusion that she must have dreamed about herself wearing a pink tutu like Zoe. So tonight, she and I headed to the Dirty Mart and got her a ballerina costume, pink tights and shiny pink ballet shoes and she loved dancing around the house. She also wore this outfit to Mass tonight and we had to leave because she kept wanting to get down and dance to the church music.

This afternoon when I was putting Ace down for his nap, Ansley decided to check out some blogs herself. Scary thing is, she knows how to open the laptop up.

Today was Brent's birthday and we got together with his mom, Ben, Beth and Axel. Just good family time. We love ya Dat. You are the best.
